How to use
- Add 3–5 drops to your peri wash bottle filled with boiled, cooled water. Gently mix and use for rinsing after urination when toilet paper may feel uncomfortable
- Apply 3–5 drops to a sanitary pad and freeze to create a simple padsicle for additional cooling comfort
- Add a few drops to a warm bath or sitz bath to support a soothing and relaxing soak
