Where we ship

Revival currently ships within New Zealand.

You can purchase Revival products directly through this website, or through our exclusive retail partner, Farmers.

Order processing

Orders placed on the Revival website are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping within New Zealand

We ship orders using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Rural addresses: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will always be clearly communicated on the website.

Rural delivery

If you live at a rural address, please allow extra time for delivery. Rural delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Purchasing through Farmers

Revival is also available through Farmers, both online and in selected stores.

Orders placed through Farmers are processed, shipped, and managed entirely by Farmers, and are subject to their shipping and returns policies.

For Farmers orders, please contact Farmers directly for:

  • delivery updates

  • returns or exchanges

  • order enquiries

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there’s an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at:
